Founded in 2018 by Dezmon Reid, the company was created to unify and strategically grow a portfolio of ventures under one umbrella — providing structure, shared resources, and long-term vision across every project.

Dezmon is a serial entrepreneur with a hands-on background in IT, operations, and brand development. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, he built his early foundations in technology and business before relocating to Austin, Texas in 2023 to accelerate his career in tech and expand his entrepreneurial footprint.

Today, Dezmon Holdings serves as the central hub for his ventures — combining strategy, execution, and innovation to turn ideas into sustainable businesses.
